 A big Thank You!!! to Jeff,his events staff, Jake’s Waterfront Bar and the many great fans of Morehead City for the wonderful time that we had. What a great friendly place to race. It was a great event and looking forward to going back next year.The Crazy Chicken race a good hard race to a 2nd place finish. That  places the Crazy Chicken in 2nd place going to the National Champioship at Clearwater Fl. Oct 3 - 5 th. We are only a few points behind 1st . After a very close battle for ten laps on the Hudson River, the Crazy Chicken was able pull away enough to Win there first ever race in New York  City. It was such  a great Honor for the Crazy Chicken Team to be there and race on the Sept 11 Memorial weekend. So winning there has was such an added feeling to it,its hard to put into words.   The People were so friendly and nice to the racers it made it a very pleasurable trip  for us.  We would like to really  thank Peter Myers for  the special racers party at the Hard Rock down town and  for the awards Party at Liberty State Park plus the great food he had catered in for the awards party. He is a class act in supporting SBI Offshore Racing.Thanks again New York and to all the people that gave it all on that Sept 11th day. Plus an added Thanks to the many people that are still giving it all to help and protect us here in the states. In conclusion a big thanks to our many troops here and overseas that protect us daily.
